Arrival: Upon your arrival, you can use the rooms from 2 p.m.
Departure: On the day of departure, we would ask you to quit your rooms by 10.00 a.m.

Reservation and cancellation information:

To confirm your reservation, we would ask you to send us an email, fax or letter. Group reservations can only be made if a deposit is paid in advance.

Holiday cancellation insurance

More than just cancellation cover (without retention) for your holiday!
This insurance package also includes holiday cancellation costs, additional costs for late arrival or an unintentional holiday extension due to accidents, search and rescue costs.

Especially if you travel with children you’ll never know whether one of your children will suddenly fall ill. To spare you the costs for a sudden holiday cancellation we suggest the cancellation insurance offered by Europäische Versicherung (European Insurance) here. Due to the drastic increase of short-term cancellations in the past years, we regret that we will have to charge cancellation costs.

Cancellation costs in accordance with the ÖHV (Austrian Hotel Association):
up to 3 months: nil
3 months to 1 month: 40%
1 month to 1 week: 70%
during the last week: 90%

For our guests, admission to indoor and outdoor pool is free!

Breakfast from 7.30 till 10.00 a.m.
Dinner from 6.00 till 8.00 p.m.
On a gala night, we ask our guests to show up at 6 p.m. for aperitifs (from October to April).

In the summer, we will organise a guided hike for groups with at least 10 people once a week!

For groups of at least 25 persons, one person will stay for free during a stay > 4 nights.
Children’s discounts are listed on our price list.

 

Winter Info

Here you’ll find the most important information of the week:

1. Breakfast from 7.30 to 9.30 a.m.
2. Dinner from 6 to 8 p.m.
3. Sauna from 4 to 8 p.m.
4. Bathrobe rental for € 5.00 and € 20.00 deposit
5. The indoor pool is opened daily from 1 to 9 p.m.
6. Our guests have free admission with the guest card.

The Ski bus stop is only a few metres from the hotel:

 Am Sonntag veranstalten wir ein Gala-Menü und bitten unsere Gäste um 18.30 Uhr zum Aperitif.

On Sunday, we will be organizing a gala menu and would like our guests to show up for aperitifs at 6.30 p.m.

On Monday, nocturnal tobogganing with Daniel. We would ask our guests wanting to participate in the nocturnal tobogganing to show up for dinner at 6 p.m. on that night as we would like to start the torch hike to the Elfer Mountain at 7.45 p.m.

Your ski pass for the glacier is also valid for using the lift till 3 p.m.
The ski pass cannot be used for nocturnal tobogganing. Toboggan € 5.00; lift card € 7.80
